WFAIA 参加規約 / WFAIA Participation Terms

本規約は、WFAIA実行委員会（以下「主催者」といいます）が主催する WFAIA（World Floyo.ai Creative Award 2026 in Tokyo。以下「本アワード」といいます）への応募および参加に関する条件を定めるものです。応募者は、本規約に同意のうえ、本アワードに応募するものとします。

These Terms govern the conditions for entry and participation in the WFAIA (World Floyo.ai Creative Award 2026 in Tokyo; hereinafter "the Award") organized by the WFAIA Executive Committee (hereinafter "the Organizer"). By submitting an entry, applicants agree to these Terms.

第1条（適用）/ Applicability

1. 本規約は、本アワードへの応募、審査、選考、受賞、発表、上映、展示、配信、広報その他本アワードに関連する一切の事項に適用されます。These Terms apply to all matters related to the Award, including entry, judging, selection, awards, announcements, screenings, exhibitions, distribution, and publicity.
2. 主催者が本アワードの公式Webサイト、応募フォーム、募集要項、FAQ、ガイドラインその他の媒体において別途定める条件、注意事項および運用ルールは、本規約の一部を構成するものとします。Conditions, notices, and operational rules separately established by the Organizer on the official website, entry forms, guidelines, FAQs, or other channels shall form part of these Terms.
3. 本規約と前項の定めの内容が異なる場合は、主催者が別途明示しない限り、本規約が優先して適用されます。In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the provisions referenced in the preceding paragraph, these Terms shall prevail unless the Organizer expressly states otherwise.

第2条（本アワードの目的）/ Purpose of the Award

1. 本アワードは、AIを活用した新たな映像・クリエイティブ表現を発掘し、その価値を国内外に発信することを目的とします。The Award aims to discover new forms of AI-driven video and creative expression and communicate their value both domestically and internationally.
2. 本アワードは、Floyoその他主催者が指定または関連付けるAIクリエイティブ環境、制作ワークフローまたは制作支援ツールの活用を含む表現領域を対象とし、作品の完成度に加え、発想、構成、演出、表現意図、ワークフロー設計等を総合的に評価します。The Award covers creative works utilizing Floyo and other AI creative environments, production workflows, or support tools designated by the Organizer. Evaluation encompasses not only the completion quality of works but also concept, composition, direction, expressive intent, and workflow design.
3. 本アワードの実施内容、応募期間、応募部門、応募条件、提出方法、審査方法、賞の内容その他の詳細は、主催者が別途定めるものとします。Details such as event content, entry period, entry categories, entry conditions, submission methods, judging methods, and prize details shall be determined separately by the Organizer.

第3条（定義）/ Definitions

本規約において使用する主な用語の定義は、以下のとおりとします。

Key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• 「応募者」とは、本アワードに作品を応募する個人、法人、団体または共同制作者の代表者をいいます。"Applicant" refers to any individual, corporation, organization, or representative of a co-production team that submits a work to the Award.
• 「応募作品」とは、応募者が本アワードに応募する映像、静止画、音声、字幕、テキスト、サムネイル、企画書、説明資料その他一切の提出物をいいます。"Submitted Work" refers to all materials submitted by the Applicant, including video, still images, audio, subtitles, text, thumbnails, project proposals, and explanatory documents.
• 「Floyo」とは、主催者の事業または本アワードの企画文脈に関連するAIクリエイティブ支援サービス、制作環境またはワークフロー基盤をいいます。"Floyo" refers to the AI creative support service, production environment, or workflow platform associated with the Organizer's business or the Award's concept.
• 「知的財産権」とは、著作権、著作者人格権、商標権、意匠権、特許権、ノウハウその他一切の知的財産に関する権利をいいます。"Intellectual Property Rights" refers to copyrights, moral rights, trademark rights, design rights, patent rights, know-how, and all other rights relating to intellectual property.

第4条（応募資格）/ Eligibility

1. 応募者は、主催者が別途定める応募条件を満たす者に限ります。Applicants must meet the entry conditions separately established by the Organizer.
2. 応募者は、応募時点で満18歳以上である必要があります。未成年者は本アワードに応募することはできません。Applicants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Minors are not eligible to enter the Award.
3. 共同制作作品を応募する場合、代表応募者は、共同制作者全員から本規約への同意および応募に必要な権限を取得しているものとみなします。When submitting a co-produced work, the representative applicant is deemed to have obtained consent to these Terms and all necessary authority from all co-creators.
4. 法人で応募する場合、当該法人を代表して応募する担当者は、当該法人から本アワードへの応募に必要な権限を付与されているものとします。When a corporation enters, the person submitting on behalf of the corporation shall be deemed to have been granted the necessary authority to enter the Award by that corporation.
5. 応募者は、自己の国籍または居住国・地域が、法令により本アワードへの参加を禁止されている場合、またはFloyoの利用が制限されている場合には、応募することができません。Applicants may not enter if their nationality or country/region of residence prohibits participation in the Award by law, or if use of Floyo is restricted in that jurisdiction.

第5条（応募用クレジットの付与）/ Grant of Entry Credits

1. 主催者は、応募者が本アワードの応募作品を作成することを目的として、主催者が指定する一定額のFloyoクレジット（以下「本クレジット」といいます）を付与するものとします。なお、本クレジットの具体的な付与額、付与方法、および有効期限等の詳細については、募集要項または公式Webサイト等において別途定めるものとします。The Organizer shall grant Applicants a specified amount of Floyo credits (hereinafter "Credits") for the purpose of creating works for the Award. Details such as the amount, method of issuance, and expiry date shall be separately defined in the guidelines or on the official website.
2. 本クレジットは、本アワードの応募作品作成の目的にのみ利用できるものとし、第三者への譲渡、貸与、または転売等は一切行えないものとします。Credits may only be used for the purpose of creating works for the Award and may not be transferred, lent, or resold to any third party.
3. 本クレジットの有効期限が経過した未利用分、または理由の如何を問わず失効した本クレジットについて、主催者は一切の再発行、補償、換金、または払い戻しを行わないものとします。The Organizer shall not reissue, compensate, exchange, or refund any unused Credits that have expired or lapsed for any reason.
4. 応募者が本規約に違反した場合、または不正な行為があったと主催者が判断した場合、主催者は事前に通知することなく、当該応募者に付与された本クレジットを直ちに失効させることができるものとします。If an Applicant violates these Terms or the Organizer determines that fraudulent activity has occurred, the Organizer may immediately void the Credits granted to that Applicant without prior notice.

第6条（応募部門および対象作品）/ Entry Categories and Eligible Works

1. 本アワードの応募部門は、主催者が別途定める部門とします。Entry categories for the Award shall be determined separately by the Organizer.
2. 現時点で予定する応募部門および対象作品の概要は、以下のとおりです。The currently planned categories and eligible work types are as follows:
   • アニメ / Animation：AIを活用して制作したアニメーション作品。オリジナル短編、MV風作品、コンセプトムービー、実験映像その他これらに類する作品。想定尺：1分〜15分／横型Animated works created using AI. Includes original shorts, music video-style works, concept movies, experimental films, and similar works. Expected duration: 1–15 min / Landscape format.
   • 広告 / Advertisement：商品、サービスまたはブランドの魅力を短尺で伝える広告映像。プロモーション、ティーザー、ブランドムービー、SNS広告その他これらに類する作品。想定尺：15秒〜60秒／縦型・横型不問Advertising videos conveying the appeal of products, services, or brands in short format. Includes promotions, teasers, brand movies, and social media ads. Expected duration: 15 sec–60 sec / Portrait or landscape.
   • ショートドラマ / Short Drama：ストーリー性のある短編映像作品。会話劇、ヒューマンドラマ、SF、ホラー、恋愛、コメディその他ジャンルを問わない作品。想定尺：1分〜15分／縦型・横型不問Narrative short films of any genre including dialogue-driven pieces, human drama, sci-fi, horror, romance, and comedy. Expected duration: 1–15 min / Portrait or landscape.
   • バイラルSNSコンテンツ / Viral SNS Content：SNSでの拡散を意識した短尺動画。ネタ系、驚き、共感、トレンド活用、ループ動画、ミーム的表現その他これらに類する作品。想定尺：15秒〜60秒／縦型のみShort videos designed for social media virality, including humorous, surprising, relatable, trend-based, looping, or meme-style content. Expected duration: 15 sec–60 sec / Portrait only.
   • キッズ部門 / Kids：子どもの学び・成長・発達をテーマの中核に据えたAI映像作品。アニメーション、教室を舞台にしたドラマ、遊び心ある実験映像、未来の学びを描く冒険譚など、形式は不問。想定尺：1分～5分 / 縦型・横型不問AI video works centering on children's learning, growth, and development, including animation, classroom dramas, playful experimental videos, or adventure stories depicting the future of learning. Expected duration: 1 min–5 min / Portrait or landscape.
3. 主催者は、応募状況、審査運営、企画意図その他の事情により、部門、名称、対象作品、尺、形式その他の条件を変更できるものとします。The Organizer may modify categories, names, eligible works, duration requirements, formats, or other conditions based on entry status, judging operations, or other circumstances.

第7条（応募作品の条件）/ Conditions for Submitted Works

1. 応募作品は、応募者が自ら制作したもの、または適法に利用権限を有するものに限ります。Submitted Works must be created by the Applicant themselves or works for which the Applicant holds lawful usage rights.
2. 応募作品は、すべての応募部門において制作過程でFloyoを必ず使用して制作されたものとします。他AIツールの利用条件は、生成AI利用ポリシー・募集要項に従うものとします。また、応募者はFloyoを利用するにあたり、Floyoの利用規約を遵守するものとします。All Submitted Works must incorporate Floyo in their production process. Conditions for using other AI tools shall be governed by the Generative AI Usage Policy and guidelines. Applicants must also comply with Floyo's terms of service.
3. 応募者は、応募作品およびその制作過程について、第三者の著作権、著作者人格権、商標権、個人情報、肖像権、パブリシティ権、プライバシー権その他一切の権利を侵害していないことを保証するものとします。Applicants warrant that neither the Submitted Work nor its production process infringes any third-party rights, including copyrights, moral rights, trademark rights, personal information, portrait rights, publicity rights, or privacy rights.
4. 応募作品に第三者素材を使用する場合、応募者は、自らの責任と費用において必要な許諾取得、権利処理、使用条件の確認その他必要な対応を完了しなければなりません。When third-party materials are used in a Submitted Work, the Applicant must, at their own responsibility and expense, complete all necessary licensing, rights clearance, and verification of usage conditions.
5. 応募者は、生成AIツール、モデル、API、データセット、素材集、音源、フォント、テンプレートその他外部サービスまたは外部素材を利用した場合、それぞれの利用規約、ライセンス条件、商用利用条件、再配布条件その他の適用条件を自ら確認し、遵守するものとします。When using generative AI tools, models, APIs, datasets, asset libraries, music, fonts, templates, or other external services or materials, Applicants must independently verify and comply with each applicable terms of service, license conditions, commercial use restrictions, and redistribution terms.
6. 主催者は、応募作品について、制作工程、使用ツール、プロンプト、入力素材、編集内容、権利処理状況その他の確認資料の提出を求めることができ、応募者はこれに誠実に応じるものとします。The Organizer may request submission of supporting materials regarding the Submitted Work, including production process, tools used, prompts, input materials, editing details, and rights clearance status. Applicants shall respond to such requests in good faith.
7. 主催者は、応募作品の適法性、権利処理の完了またはAI出力物の権利帰属を保証するものではありません。The Organizer does not warrant the legality of Submitted Works, the completion of rights clearance, or the attribution of rights in AI-generated outputs.

第8条（応募方法）/ Entry Method

1. 応募者は、主催者が指定する応募フォームまたは応募手段に従って、主催者が指定する期限までに応募を完了しなければなりません。Applicants must complete their entry by the deadline specified by the Organizer, using the entry form or method designated by the Organizer.
2. 応募時には、主催者が指定する事項を正確かつ最新の内容で入力または提出するものとします。Applicants must enter or submit all information required by the Organizer accurately and in up-to-date form.
3. 主催者は、応募作品の審査および運営に必要な範囲で、作品URL、ファイル、サムネイル、作品説明、使用ツール、制作背景、Floyoまたは関連ワークフローの利用有無その他必要な情報の提出を求めることができます。The Organizer may request submission of information necessary for judging and operations, including work URLs, files, thumbnails, work descriptions, tools used, production background, and Floyo or workflow usage details.
4. 応募作品の提出にあたっては、主催者が別途指定するファイル形式、解像度、ファイルサイズ、コーデックその他の技術仕様を遵守しなければなりません。When submitting works, Applicants must comply with the file formats, resolution, file sizes, codecs, and other technical specifications separately specified by the Organizer.
5. 応募完了後の応募内容の変更、差替えまたは取消しは、主催者が認める場合を除きできません。Changes, replacements, or cancellations of submitted entries after completion are not permitted unless approved by the Organizer.

第9条（審査）/ Judging

1. 応募作品は、主催者または主催者が委嘱する審査員により審査されます。Submitted Works shall be judged by the Organizer or judges appointed by the Organizer.
2. 審査は、部門ごとの性質に応じて、作品の独自性、完成度、演出力、訴求力、ストーリー性、拡散性、AI活用の妥当性、表現意図その他主催者が適切と判断する観点から総合的に行います。Judging shall be conducted comprehensively based on criteria appropriate to each category, including originality, completion quality, directing ability, persuasive impact, narrative quality, virality potential, appropriateness of AI use, and expressive intent.
3. 主催者は、審査にあたり応募者に対し、補足説明、追加資料または作品データの再提出を求めることができます。また、受賞候補作品については、制作に使用したプロンプトおよびワークフローの提出が必要となります。The Organizer may request supplementary explanations, additional materials, or resubmission of work data from Applicants during judging. Award candidates will be required to submit the prompts and workflows used in production.
4. 審査内容、審査過程、選考理由、採点基準、落選理由等に関する問い合わせには応じられません。Inquiries regarding judging content, judging process, selection reasons, scoring criteria, or reasons for non-selection cannot be accommodated.

第10条（受賞および発表）/ Awards and Announcements

1. 受賞者および受賞作品は、主催者が定める方法により発表されます。Award recipients and winning works shall be announced by the method determined by the Organizer.
2. 受賞後であっても、応募内容に虚偽があること、本規約違反があることまたは受賞を維持することが不適切であると主催者が判断した場合、主催者は受賞を取り消すことができます。Even after an award has been given, the Organizer may revoke it if false information is found in the entry, if these Terms have been violated, or if the Organizer determines it is inappropriate to maintain the award.
3. 受賞に伴い賞金、賞品、証書その他の授与がある場合、その内容、授与方法、支払時期、税務上の取扱いその他の条件は、主催者が別途定めるものとします。なお、賞金は日本円または米ドルにて支払うものとしますが、受賞者の居住国の法律、規制、送金制限または賭博法等の法令により賞金の支払いが禁止または制限される場合、主催者は賞金の支払いをいたしかねる場合があります。なお、法人で応募した場合、賞金は原則として当該法人の応募担当者に対して、賞金は共同制作の場合は代表応募者に対して、支払うものとします。Where prizes, awards, certificates, or other grants accompany an award, their content, method of granting, payment timing, tax treatment, and other conditions shall be determined separately by the Organizer. Prizes shall be paid in Japanese yen or US dollars; however, if payment is prohibited or restricted by laws, regulations, remittance restrictions, or gambling laws in the recipient's country of residence, the Organizer may be unable to make payment. For corporate entries, prizes shall in principle be paid to the person who submitted the entry on behalf of the corporation; for co-productions, prizes shall be paid to the representative applicant.

第11条（知的財産権の帰属）/ Ownership of Intellectual Property Rights

1. 応募作品に関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、原則として応募者または正当な権利者に帰属します。Copyrights and other intellectual property rights in Submitted Works shall, in principle, belong to the Applicant or legitimate rights holder.
2. 前項にかかわらず、応募者は、主催者に対し、本アワードの運営に必要な範囲で、応募作品、作品名、静止画、抜粋映像、サムネイル、説明文、応募者名、プロフィール情報その他応募に関連して提出された情報を無償で利用することを許諾するものとします。Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, Applicants grant the Organizer a free-of-charge license to use Submitted Works, work titles, still images, excerpts, thumbnails, descriptions, Applicant names, profile information, and other submitted information to the extent necessary for operating the Award.
3. 前項の利用には、審査、選考、上映、展示、配信、公開、広報、広告宣伝、PR、公式サイト掲載、SNS掲載、プレスリリース、イベント会場表示、アーカイブ掲載、記録保存および次回以降の本アワードまたは関連企画の告知が含まれます。Such use includes judging, selection, screenings, exhibitions, distribution, publication, publicity, advertising, PR, official website posting, social media posting, press releases, event venue displays, archive posting, record-keeping, and announcements for future editions of the Award or related projects.
4. 前二項の利用許諾は、非独占的、無償、地域の限定なく有効とし、その期間は本アワードの運営、広報および記録保全に必要な範囲で継続するものとします。The license granted under the preceding two paragraphs shall be non-exclusive, royalty-free, and valid without geographical limitation for the duration necessary for the Award's operations, publicity, and record-keeping.
5. 応募者は、前各項の利用に必要な範囲で、主催者または主催者が許諾する第三者によるトリミング、静止画化、字幕付与、翻訳、フォーマット変換、要約その他軽微な編集または改変に異議を述べないものとします。Applicants shall not object to cropping, conversion to still images, subtitling, translation, format conversion, summarization, or other minor edits or modifications by the Organizer or third parties authorized by the Organizer, to the extent necessary for such use.
6. 応募者は、主催者または主催者が許諾する第三者に対し、前各項の利用に必要な範囲で著作者人格権を行使しないものとします。Applicants shall not exercise moral rights against the Organizer or third parties authorized by the Organizer to the extent necessary for the uses described in the preceding paragraphs.

第12条（応募者の保証および責任）/ Applicant Warranties and Liability

1. 応募者は、応募作品について、主催者が前条の利用を行うために必要な権利を適法に有していることを保証するものとします。Applicants warrant that they lawfully hold all rights necessary for the Organizer to make the uses described in the preceding Article.
2. 応募作品または応募者の行為に起因して、第三者との間で紛争、請求、異議申立てその他の問題が生じた場合、応募者は自己の責任と費用においてこれを解決し、主催者に損害を与えないものとします。If any dispute, claim, objection, or other issue arises with a third party due to a Submitted Work or the Applicant's conduct, the Applicant shall resolve it at their own responsibility and expense and shall not cause damage to the Organizer.
3. 応募者が本規約に違反したことにより主催者に損害が生じた場合、応募者はこれを賠償する責任を負うものとします。If the Organizer suffers damage due to an Applicant's violation of these Terms, the Applicant shall be liable to compensate for such damage.

第13条（禁止事項）/ Prohibited Conduct

応募者は、以下の各号に該当する行為を行ってはなりません。

Applicants must not engage in any of the following:

• 法令、公序良俗または本規約に違反する行為Acts that violate laws, public order and morals, or these Terms
• 虚偽または不正確な情報を提出する行為Submitting false or inaccurate information
• 第三者の権利または利益を侵害する行為Acts that infringe the rights or interests of third parties
• 差別的、暴力的、わいせつ、誹謗中傷的または著しく不適切な内容を含む作品を応募する行為Submitting works containing discriminatory, violent, obscene, defamatory, or grossly inappropriate content
• 他人の著作物、ブランド、ロゴ、キャラクター、個人情報、肖像、機密情報または営業秘密等を無断で利用する行為Unauthorized use of another person's copyrighted works, brands, logos, characters, personal information, portraits, confidential information, or trade secrets
• 生成AI、外部サービスまたは外部素材の利用条件に違反する行為Acts that violate the terms of use for generative AI, external services, or external materials
• 審査、運営または他の応募者に支障を及ぼす行為Acts that interfere with judging, operations, or other Applicants
• 本アワードまたは主催者の信用を毀損する行為Acts that damage the reputation of the Award or the Organizer
• その他、主催者が不適切と判断する行為Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the Organizer

第14条（失格・受賞取消し）/ Disqualification and Revocation of Awards

1. 主催者は、応募者または応募作品が次の各号のいずれかに該当すると判断した場合、事前の通知なく、応募を無効とし、審査対象外とし、受賞を取り消し、または今後の参加を制限することができます。If the Organizer determines that an Applicant or Submitted Work falls under any of the following, the Organizer may, without prior notice, invalidate the entry, exclude it from judging, revoke any award, or restrict future participation:
   • 本規約違反があった場合Violation of these Terms
   • 応募内容に虚偽、誤記、重要な不備または不正があった場合False information, errors, significant deficiencies, or fraud in the entry content
   • 権利侵害またはそのおそれがある場合Rights infringement or the risk thereof
   • 主催者による照会、追加提出依頼または確認要請に応じない場合Failure to respond to inquiries, requests for additional submissions, or verification requests from the Organizer
   • その他、本アワードの運営上不適切であると主催者が判断した場合Any other circumstance deemed inappropriate for the operation of the Award by the Organizer
2. 前項による措置により応募者に損害が生じた場合でも、主催者は責任を負いません。Even if an Applicant suffers damage due to measures taken under the preceding paragraph, the Organizer shall bear no liability.

第15条（秘密保持および公表）/ Confidentiality and Disclosure

1. 主催者が審査過程、選考結果、公表前情報、審査員情報その他秘密として取り扱うよう指定した情報について、応募者は、主催者の事前の承諾なく第三者に開示し、またはSNSその他の媒体で公表してはなりません。Applicants must not disclose to third parties or publish on social media or other channels any information designated by the Organizer as confidential, including judging processes, selection results, pre-announcement information, and judge information, without the Organizer's prior consent.
2. 応募者は、受賞内定、最終選考通過その他主催者から事前に通知された事項について、主催者が公表するまでの間、主催者の指示に従うものとします。Applicants shall follow the Organizer's instructions regarding pending award notifications, final selection outcomes, and other matters notified in advance until the Organizer makes a public announcement.
3. 応募者は、主催者または本アワードに関して公表する場合、虚偽または誤認を生じさせる表現を行ってはなりません。When making public statements about the Organizer or the Award, Applicants must not use false or misleading expressions.

第16条（個人情報）/ Personal Information

1. 主催者は、応募者から取得した個人情報を、本アワードの運営、応募受付、審査、連絡、受賞連絡、賞品発送、広報、統計分析、不正防止、問い合わせ対応その他これらに付随する目的で利用します。The Organizer shall use personal information obtained from Applicants for purposes related to Award operations, including processing entries, judging, communications, award notifications, prize delivery, publicity, statistical analysis, fraud prevention, and inquiry handling.
2. 主催者は、前項の目的達成に必要な範囲で、審査員、運営委託先、共同主催者、協賛者、技術提供者その他関係者に対し、個人情報の取扱いを委託し、または提供することがあります。To the extent necessary to achieve the purposes in the preceding paragraph, the Organizer may entrust or provide personal information to judges, operational contractors, co-organizers, sponsors, technology providers, and other related parties.
3. 個人情報の取扱いに関する詳細は、主催者が別途定めるプライバシーポリシーによるものとします。Details regarding the handling of personal information shall be governed by the Privacy Policy separately established by the Organizer.

第17条（免責）/ Disclaimer

1. 主催者は、通信障害、システム障害、サービス停止、機器不具合、天災地変、感染症、行政措置その他主催者の責に帰すことができない事由により、本アワードの全部または一部の実施が困難となった場合、これにより応募者に生じた損害について責任を負いません。The Organizer shall not be liable for any damage suffered by Applicants if all or part of the Award becomes difficult to execute due to communication failures, system failures, service outages, equipment malfunctions, natural disasters, infectious diseases, administrative measures, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer's control.
2. 主催者は、応募作品の送信、保存、表示、再生、配信、審査その他に関して、その完全性、正確性、継続性または特定目的適合性を保証するものではありません。The Organizer makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, continuity, or fitness for a particular purpose of the transmission, storage, display, playback, distribution, or judging of Submitted Works.
3. Floyoその他第三者サービスの利用に関して応募者に生じた損害または第三者との紛争について、主催者は、自己に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。The Organizer shall not be liable for any damage suffered by Applicants or disputes with third parties arising from the use of Floyo or other third-party services, except in cases of the Organizer's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

第18条（本アワードの変更・中止）/ Changes and Cancellation of the Award

1. 主催者は、必要と判断した場合、本アワードの内容、日程、部門、審査方法、賞の内容、会場、オンライン実施の有無その他一切の事項を変更し、または本アワードを中止することができます。The Organizer may, when deemed necessary, modify the Award's content, schedule, categories, judging methods, prize details, venue, online format, or any other matters, or cancel the Award.
2. 主催者は、前項の変更または中止を行う場合、合理的な方法により応募者または公衆に周知するものとします。When making changes or cancellations under the preceding paragraph, the Organizer shall notify Applicants or the public through reasonable means.

第19条（反社会的勢力の排除）/ Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces

1. 応募者は、自らが反社会的勢力に該当せず、かつ反社会的勢力と関係を有していないことを表明し、保証するものとします。Applicants represent and warrant that they do not constitute anti-social forces and have no relationship with anti-social forces.
2. 前項の規定は、法人の場合、その役員、従業員、その他の構成員が反社会的勢力に該当せず、かつ反社会的勢力と関係を有していないことを含みます。In the case of a corporation, the preceding paragraph includes a warranty that its officers, employees, and other members do not constitute anti-social forces and have no relationship with anti-social forces.
3. 主催者は、応募者が前二項のいずれかに違反したと判断した場合、何らの催告なく応募資格を取り消すことができます。If the Organizer determines that an Applicant has violated either of the preceding two paragraphs, the Organizer may revoke the Applicant's entry eligibility without notice.

第20条（準拠法・管轄）/ Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. 本規約は、日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2. 本規約または本アワードに関連して主催者と応募者との間に生じた一切の紛争については、東京地方裁判所または東京簡易裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。Any and all disputes between the Organizer and Applicants arising in connection with these Terms or the Award shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance.
3. 本規約の日本語版と他言語版の間に不一致がある場合は、日本語版を優先するものとします。In the event of any inconsistency between the Japanese version of these Terms and any other language version, the Japanese version shall prevail.

第21条（お問い合わせ）/ Contact

本規約および本アワードに関する問い合わせ先は、主催者が本アワードの公式Webサイトまたは応募ページ上で別途表示する窓口によるものとします。

Contact information for inquiries regarding these Terms and the Award shall be the contact window separately displayed by the Organizer on the Award's official website or entry page.

付則 / Supplementary Provisions

1. 本規約は、主催者が本アワードの公式Webサイト上に掲載した時点から効力を生じます。These Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the Award's official website by the Organizer.
2. 主催者は、必要に応じて本規約を改定することができるものとし、改定後の規約は、主催者が公式Webサイト上に掲載した時点から効力を生じます。The Organizer may revise these Terms as necessary, and revised Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the official website by the Organizer.
