生成AI利用ポリシー / GENERATIVE AI POLICY

本ポリシーは、WFAIA実行委員会が主催する WFAIA（World Floyo.ai Creative Award 2026 in Tokyo）に応募される作品について、生成AIの利用に関する基本方針を定めるものです。応募者は、本ポリシーを確認し、これに同意のうえで応募するものとします。

This policy sets forth the basic guidelines regarding the use of generative AI for works submitted to WFAIA (World Floyo.ai Creative Award 2026 in Tokyo), organized by the WFAIA Executive Committee. Applicants must review and agree to this policy before submitting their entries.

1. 基本方針 / Basic Principles

1. WFAIAは、AIを活用した新しい映像表現を推進するアワードです。本アワードでは、作品の完成度だけでなく、AIをどのように活用し、どのような意図と演出で作品へ昇華したかを重視します。WFAIA is an award that promotes new forms of visual expression utilizing AI. In this award, emphasis is placed not only on the completeness of the work, but also on how AI was utilized and how it was elevated into the final piece through the applicant's intent and direction.

2. Floyoの利用について / Use of Floyo

1. 応募作品は、制作過程において Floyo AI を必ず使用して制作されることを条件とします。WFAIAにおいて Floyo AI は、単なる補助ツールではなく、AI時代のクリエイティブワークフローを支える基盤として位置付けます。そのため、応募者は作品制作の過程で、Floyo AI を用いた工程を必ず含める必要があります。As a condition of entry, submitted works must be created using Floyo AI during the production process. In WFAIA, Floyo AI is positioned not merely as an auxiliary tool, but as a foundation supporting creative workflows in the AI era. Therefore, applicants must ensure that their production process includes stages that utilize Floyo AI.

3. 他AIツールの利用について / Use of Other AI Tools

1. 本アワードでは、制作過程において Floyo AI を使用することを応募条件とします。そのうえで、画像、音声、動画を含む各素材の制作において、他のAIツールを併用することも可能です。応募時には、作品制作における Floyo AI のワークフローを1点以上ご提出ください。This award requires the use of Floyo AI in the production process as a condition for entry. Based on this requirement, other AI tools may be used in combination for the creation of various materials, including images, audio, and video. Upon submission, please provide at least one workflow utilizing Floyo AI from the creation of the work.

4. ハイブリッド制作について / No Requirement to Create Entirely with AI

1. 応募作品は、全てAIで制作するフルAIである必要はありません。実写、手作業によるハイブリッド編集、既存の撮影素材、ナレーション、演出設計、構成、脚本、アートディレクションその他人の創作的関与を含む作品であっても、制作過程に Floyo AI が適切に組み込まれていれば応募可能です。WFAIAは、人の意志・演出・物語性とAIの活用がどのように結びついているかを評価します。Submitted works do not need to be created entirely by AI. Works that include live-action footage, manual hybrid editing, existing filmed material, narration, directorial design, structure, screenplay, art direction, or any other form of human creative involvement are eligible for entry, provided that Floyo AI is appropriately integrated into the production process. WFAIA does not limit entries to works generated entirely by AI; rather, it evaluates how human intent, direction, and storytelling are interconnected with the utilization of AI.

5. 権利・著作権・法令遵守 / Rights, Copyrights, and Legal Compliance

応募者は、応募作品およびその制作過程において、法令、公序良俗および第三者の権利を侵害しないよう、必要な確認を自ら行うものとします。特に、以下の点については、応募者の責任において十分な確認が必要です。

Applicants shall personally conduct the necessary checks to ensure that their submitted works and their production processes do not violate laws and regulations, public order and morals, or infringe upon the rights of third parties. In particular, applicants must thoroughly verify the following points under their own responsibility:

• 入力素材、参考素材、学習済みモデル、音源、画像、映像、フォント、ロゴ等の利用条件Terms of use for input materials, reference materials, trained models, sound sources, images, videos, fonts, logos, etc.
• 著作権、商標権、肖像権、パブリシティ権、プライバシー権その他第三者権利の侵害がないことAbsence of infringement on copyrights, trademark rights, portrait rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, or any other third-party rights.
• 利用するAIツールおよび外部サービスの利用規約、ライセンス、商用利用条件、再配布条件等への適合性Compliance with the terms of service, licenses, commercial use conditions, redistribution conditions, etc., of the AI tools and external services used.
• Floyo Terms of Service上の権利関係（Input と User Workflows はユーザー側に留保され、Output の扱い等）についての確認Verification of rights relations under the Floyo Terms of Service (where Inputs and User Workflows are retained on the user side, handling of Outputs, etc.).

6. Floyo利用とコンプライアンスについて / Use of Floyo and Compliance

1. 本アワードでは、Floyo AI を利用することにより、作品制作におけるコンプライアンス確認を行いやすい環境を前提としています。Floyo Trust Center 上で「Verified Private and Commercial Use」と表示されたモデルについては、商用利用可や学習利用制限などの条件が整備されていますが、Output の適法性や第三者権利の有無の最終判断は応募者の責任です。This award assumes an environment where the use of Floyo AI makes it easier to conduct compliance checks. For models labeled as "Verified Private and Commercial Use" on the Floyo Trust Center, commercial use is permitted and user content is not used for training. However, Floyo does not guarantee the legality of the Output content itself, and the final verification remains the sole responsibility of the applicant.

7. 応募時の開示・提出について / Disclosure and Submission upon Entry

主催者は、必要に応じて、応募者に対し以下の情報または資料の提出を求めることがあります。The organizer may request applicants to submit the following information or materials as necessary:

• 制作工程の説明Explanation of the production process
• 使用したAIツール、モデル、サービス名Names of AI tools, models, and services used
• Floyo AI を使用した工程の説明Explanation of the stages utilizing Floyo AI
• プロンプト、入力素材、編集工程の概要Overview of prompts, input materials, and editing processes
• 権利処理または利用条件確認に関する説明資料Explanatory materials regarding rights clearance or verification of terms of use

応募者が合理的な範囲でこれらの提出要請に応じない場合、主催者は当該応募作品を審査対象外とすることがあります。If an applicant fails to comply with these submission requests within a reasonable scope, the organizer may exclude the submitted work from judging.

8. 禁止事項 / Prohibited Matters

応募者は、以下に該当する方法でAIを利用してはなりません。Applicants must not use AI in any manner that falls under the following:

• 法令または各種利用規約に違反する方法でAIツールを利用することUsing AI tools in a manner that violates laws, regulations, or various terms of service.
• 他者の著作物、商標、肖像、ブランド資産、機密情報等を無断で入力または利用することInputting or using other parties' copyrighted works, trademarks, portraits, brand assets, confidential information, etc., without authorization.
• 第三者の権利を侵害するおそれのある素材を、必要な確認なく使用することUsing materials that may potentially infringe upon third-party rights without conducting the necessary verifications.
• 公序良俗に反する内容、差別的内容、違法性の高い内容の生成または利用Generating or utilizing content that is contrary to public order and morals, discriminatory, or highly illegal.
• AI生成物であることの表示義務その他、利用モデル固有の制限に違反することViolating obligations to attribute AI-generated content or any other restrictions specific to the model used.

なお、Floyoの利用規約においても、適用法令や第三者の制限を遵守してサービスを利用することが義務付けられており、違反した場合には利用停止等の措置が取られる場合があります。The Floyo Terms of Service also obligate users to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and third-party restrictions, and state that measures such as suspension of use may be taken in the event of a violation.

9. 主催者の判断 / Discretion of the Organizer

主催者は、応募作品またはその制作過程について、次のいずれかに該当すると判断した場合、応募を受理しない、審査対象外とする、受賞を取り消す、または今後の応募を制限することがあります。If the organizer determines that a submitted work or its production process falls under any of the following, the organizer may refuse to accept the entry, exclude it from judging, revoke an award, or restrict future entries:

• 本ポリシーまたは参加規約に違反する場合In the event of a violation of this policy or the terms of participation.
• Floyo AI の利用要件を満たしていない場合If the requirements for using Floyo AI are not met.
• 権利侵害または法令違反のおそれがある場合If there is a risk of rights infringement or violation of laws and regulations.
• 利用ツール、入力素材、制作工程等について合理的な説明が得られない場合If a reasonable explanation cannot be obtained regarding the tools used, input materials, production process, etc.
• その他、主催者が本アワードの趣旨に照らして不適切と判断した場合Any other cases where the organizer deems the submission inappropriate in light of the purpose of this award.

10. 本ポリシーの改定 / Amendments to this Policy

1. 主催者は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを改定することができます。改定後のポリシーは、主催者が本アワードの公式Webサイト等に掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。The organizer may amend this policy as necessary. The amended policy shall become effective at the time the organizer posts it on the official website of the award or through other designated means.
