WFAIA実行委員会（以下「当委員会」といいます。）は、本フォーム等を通じて取得する応募者の皆様の個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。
The WFAIA Organizing Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Committee") hereby establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") regarding the handling of personal information of applicants acquired through this form and other related means.
第1部：AI動画コンテストへのご応募について
Part 1: For Entry to the AI Video Contest
すべてのご応募者様に適用されます。

取得する個人情報
Personal Information to be Acquired
当委員会は、コンテストの運営にあたり、以下の情報を取得します。
The Committee shall acquire the following information for the operation and management of the contest:
- 氏名Name
- メールアドレスEmail Address
- 電話番号Phone Number
- 居住国Country of Residence
- 応募作品に関する情報Information related to the submitted work
- その他、応募時等にフォーム等を通じて入力された情報Other information entered through the application form, etc.
個人情報の利用目的
Purpose of Use of Personal Information
当委員会は、取得した個人情報を以下の目的で利用いたします。
The Committee shall use the acquired personal information for the following purposes:
- 応募受付および本人確認のためFor receiving applications and verifying the identity of applicants
- 応募作品の審査に関する業務のためFor tasks related to the judging and screening of submitted works
- 審査結果のご連絡のためFor notifying applicants of the judging results
- 各種お問い合わせへの対応のためFor responding to various inquiries
- WFAIAの円滑な運営および管理のためFor the smooth operation and management of WFAIA
- 表彰式等のイベント運営、賞品や関連資料の発送・提供のためFor managing events such as award ceremonies, and shipping/providing prizes and related materials
- 当委員会が主催または関与する関連イベント、次回開催等に関する各種ご案内のためFor providing information about related events organized or involved by the Committee, and future events
- 本サービスの向上、運営改善および今後の企画立案に向けた統計データの作成のため（個人を特定できない形式で利用します）For generating statistical data to improve the services and operations, and plan future events (processed in a form that does not identify individuals)
- 受賞作品の発表および広報活動における利用（氏名や所属等の公開については、別途ご本人の同意を得た範囲で行います）For publishing winning works and promotional activities (the publication of names and affiliations will be conducted within the scope of consent obtained separately from the applicant)
第2部：お仕事の紹介（プラットフォーム登録）について
Part 2: For Job Opportunities (Platform Registration)
ご希望された方のみ適用されます。お仕事の紹介をご希望された場合、上記第1部に定める利用目的に加え、以下の規定が適用されます。
Applies only to those who opt-in. If you wish to receive job opportunities and register on the platform, the following provisions shall apply in addition to the purposes of use specified in Part 1 above.
追加で取得する情報
Additional Information to be Acquired
当委員会は、お仕事の紹介に関連し、以下の情報を追加で取得する場合があります。
The Committee may acquire the following additional information in connection with job matching and opportunities:
- ご経歴やスキル等の情報Information regarding career history, skills, etc.
- その他、本フォームでお仕事の紹介を希望された際に入力された情報Other information entered when requesting job matching through this form
追加の利用目的
Additional Purposes of Use
当委員会は、取得した個人情報を以下の追加目的で利用いたします。
The Committee shall use the acquired personal information for the following additional purposes:
- お仕事（業務委託の打診・依頼を含む）に関するご連絡および契約関連手続きのためFor communications and contractual procedures regarding job opportunities, including inquiries and requests for outsourcing/consignment
- クライアント企業へのご提案・ご案内（マッチング等）のためFor proposals and introductions to client companies for matching purposes
- 商品・サービス、業務委託・採用情報等のご案内のためFor providing information on products, services, outsourcing opportunities, and recruitment
- アンケートの送付・収集のためFor sending and collecting surveys
- メールマガジンの配信のためFor sending newsletters
個人情報の共同利用
Joint Use of Personal Information
当委員会は、お仕事の紹介を目的として、取得した個人情報を以下のとおり共同利用いたします。
The Committee shall jointly use the acquired personal information as follows for the purpose of introducing job opportunities:
- 共同利用する項目：氏名、電話番号、メールアドレス、その他本フォームで取得した個人情報Items of Personal Information to be Jointly Used: Name, phone number, email address, and other personal information acquired through this form
- 共同利用者の範囲：クラウドエース株式会社およびそのグループ会社Scope of Joint Users: Cloud Ace Inc. and its group companies
- 共同利用の目的：上記「4. 追加の利用目的」に記載した目的を達成するためPurpose of Joint Use: To achieve the purposes specified in "4. Additional Purposes of Use" above

個人情報の第三者提供
Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
当委員会は、法令で認められる場合を除き、あらかじめご本人の同意を得ることなく第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。ただし、お仕事の紹介（プラットフォーム登録）を希望され、クライアント企業に対してお仕事のご提案等を行う場合は、ご本人の同意を得た範囲内で情報を提供することがあります。
The Committee will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining prior consent of the individual, except as permitted by laws and regulations. However, if you wish to receive job matching (platform registration) and we make proposals to client companies, we may provide your information within the scope of consent obtained from you.
個人情報の業務委託
Entrustment of Personal Information
当委員会は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において、個人情報の取り扱いの全部または一部を外部の業務委託先に委託する場合があります。委託にあたっては、個人情報を適切に取り扱っていると認められる委託先を選定し、機密保持契約等を締結した上で、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。
The Committee may entrust all or part of the handling of personal information to third-party service providers within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use. In such cases, the Committee will select contractors that are recognized as handling personal information appropriately, enter into confidentiality agreements, and perform necessary and appropriate supervision.
個人情報提供の任意性について
Voluntary Nature of Providing Personal Information
当委員会への個人情報の提供は任意です。ただし、必要事項をご提供いただけない場合、応募受付、審査、お問い合わせへの対応等が適切に行えないこと、または本サービスの一部をご利用いただけないことがありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
Providing personal information to the Committee is voluntary. However, please note that if you do not provide the required information, we may not be able to process your application, conduct screening, respond to your inquiries appropriately, or provide some of our services.
個人情報の保存期間と消去
Retention Period and Deletion of Personal Information
当委員会は、取得した個人情報について、WFAIAの大会運営および関連する業務（お問い合わせ対応や受賞後のフォロー等を含む）が終了した後、合理的な期間を経て、適切な方法により安全に消去または廃棄いたします。
The Committee will securely delete or discard the acquired personal information through appropriate methods after a reasonable period following the completion of the WFAIA tournament operations and related tasks (including responding to inquiries and follow-up after awards).
個人情報の安全管理措置
Security Control Measures for Personal Information
当委員会は、取り扱う個人情報の漏洩、滅失または毀損の防止、その他の個人情報の安全管理のために必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。
The Committee shall take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, and to ensure the secure management of personal information.
個人情報の開示・訂正・利用停止等
Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use of Personal Information
当委員会は、ご本人から個人情報の開示、内容の訂正、追加または削除、利用の停止、消去（以下「開示等」といいます。）を求められた場合には、ご本人からのご請求であることを確認のうえで、遅滞なく対応いたします。ただし、法令の規定により対応できない場合がございます。
When requested by the individual to disclose, correct, add, delete, suspend the use of, or erase their personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Disclosure, etc."), the Committee will verify that the request is made by the individual and respond without delay, unless otherwise restricted by laws and regulations.
海外からのご応募および免責事項
Applications from Overseas and Disclaimer
日本国外から応募される方、およびシステムの安全性に関しては、以下の事項が適用されます。
For applicants applying from outside Japan and regarding system security, the following provisions shall apply:
- 本ポリシーの成立、効力、履行および解釈に関しては、日本国法が適用されるものとします。本ポリシーまたは個人情報の取扱いに関して生じた一切の紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。The formation, validity, performance, and interpretation of this Policy shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy or the handling of personal information shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
- 日本国外から応募される場合、ご自身の居住国・地域の個人情報保護法等の規制（GDPR等を含みますがこれに限られません）と日本の個人情報保護法との間に差異があることをご理解いただいた上で、日本の法令等に基づいて個人情報が取り扱われることに同意したものとみなします。If you are applying from outside Japan, you understand that there may be differences between the laws of your country/region of residence (including, but not limited to, the GDPR) and the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan, and you shall be deemed to have consented to the handling of your personal information in accordance with Japanese laws and regulations.
- 当委員会は、個人情報の適切な管理に努めますが、当委員会の責めに帰すべき事由によらない、通信回線やコンピュータ等の障害によるシステムの中断・遅滞・中止・データの消失、データへの不正アクセスにより生じた損害、その他不可抗力による損害について、当委員会に故意または重大な過失がない限り、一切の責任を負わないものとします。While the Committee endeavors to manage personal information appropriately, the Committee shall not be liable for any damages caused by system interruption, delay, suspension, loss of data due to communication line or computer failure, unauthorized access to data, or any other force majeure event not attributable to the Committee, unless there is willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Committee.
- 本ポリシーは日本語を正本とします。他言語に翻訳されたものとの間に相違がある場合は、日本語の規定が優先して適用されます。The Japanese version of this Policy shall be the original. In the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese version and any translation in other languages, the Japanese version shall prevail.

This Policy may be revised in response to changes in laws and regulations or operational needs. Any revisions will be promptly announced on the Committee's website or through other appropriate means.
